I submitted the tenant an itemized cost and repair list that before the days (provided by the state of Ohio) of the work that she was responsible for before she left We did MUCH more detailed work in that home that we did not charge her for because it was not her responsibility Within business hours of receiving the deposit letter, she contacted the Revdex.com without any compromise, BEFORE the days the state of Ohio has allotted to return the security deposit Attached is the list I sent her and invoices from the contractors whom performed the work I have receipts for all the material that was purchased for this property, but I was only allowed four attachments on this response We run a fair business and there are not any prior complaints on my company or myself and I have been working in real estate for years now I am demanding an immediately removal for any and all remarks on the Revdex.com that is on my record due to this fraudulent complaint Please contact me with any questions and or concernsRegards, Dontez S [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Please see the attached emails showing the Management company was contacted on November 4th regarding the return of the deposit in regards to the organizations statement of contacting the Revdex.com within 8 hours. The documentation also shows the management company decline to resolve the concern of returning the deposit after receiving notice from  the Revdex.com.
