D's Handyman

Tech had come one day tried to give us an estimate of repairs on washer. In such a long delay we turned to another company.
The tech had come on march 15 around 530pm and he had said he needed to order a part and would get back to us the next day(Saturday the 16) we has called the company Saturday and Sunday both days we were told we would get a call back or no answer. When we had got tired of waiting for them to return to fix our washer we had called another company to come and fix the original problem when the new tech had removed the lid to the washer he asked if we cut the wires to tHe pressure sensor of the water level. We told him we did not and asked if we had another tech out we realized that the first tech from d's handyman was out and he had cut a few of the main wires to the sensor and tried to tape them back together with electrical tape. We called the company and asked them to fix the problem that they caused because now we have to replace the wiring harness because of the wires being cut. The owner had given us no help on this problem,and refused to replace the issue his tech had caused which is now going to cost us an extra 190$. The owner yelled on the phone and refused to replace the part. So now we have to fix that problem and the original problem that we had. The owner showed no concern for what problems this tech had caused us extra from our original problem
