The issue was resolved A rain deflector shield (originally on the roof to deflect the flow of water from a dormer) was replaced The bracket in the damaged area was loose and the crew tightened it The debris in the gutter was removed There was a slate that was loose and
that was corrected This should resolve my issues, the crew that did the work was extremely efficient and concerned about my issues, and you can close the case. As a consumer, I appreciate the work of the Revdex.com giving us a platform from which to address outstanding issues.Dave K***

business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I received an email from the General Manager of DS Miller regarding this complaint and he asked that I call to make arrangement to repair my roof.  I called 2 times and left messages on his voicemail.  He hasn't returned either phone call in almost 2 weeks.  This issue is still unresolved as he won't return my phone calls.
