To whom it may concern,The job in question was performed correctly. When Mr. [redacted] originally contacted me I went and looked at the job. We discussed it and he said he wanted to keep the job as cheap as possible. I explained the correct was to do the job was a new piece of fiberglass and have it...

painted to match and he didn't want to spend that much money. So we discussed reusing the piece of fiberglass and I told him it would be around $3,000. Upon tear down I informed him that somone has repaired it before and used the wron type of fiberglass compared to the rest of the fiberglass on the trailer. He then said to keep the repair as cheap as you can and cut corners where you can and to reuse the fiberglass. I also pointed out the fiberglass was deformed and it should be perfectly flat. So I did the job ad called him to tell him it was competed and the bill was $3000 he felt that was too much so I knocked the bill down too $2750. So we set a appointment for him to pay the bill and inspect the trailer on August 4 at (:00 and was going to pick it up the following Monday at 9:00. He did not show up August 4 so I tryed to call and sent a text message at about 10:30 and didnt hear anything back till 5:30 that night. On the following monday he did not show up till about 2:00. When he picked the trailer up he inspected it and said everything looked good. Well that night he called me between 10:30 and 11:00 p.m. saying he wasn't happy with something. So I told him I would come look at it as soon as I could as I had other jobs already scheduled. A few days latter I seen the trailer and seen the heat and sun were causing the glue to release from the fiberglass and causing bubbles. So I contacted Mr. [redacted] to bring it back. We set the appointment for August 21. So I ordered some different glue and performed the steps the manufacturer suggests. When he dropped the trailer off I told him it would be done by friday. I contacted him thursday and told him it was done. I never heard anything back until that saturday after I tried to contact him again and he finally returned my call after a few hours. The piece of fiberglass let go again not as bad as the first time. I tryed explaining to Mr. [redacted] that I do not feel that regluing the fiber glass for the third time was going to fix it. Because the piece of fiberglass was performed. The proper way to the job was to use a new piece of fiberglass and paint it to match. As far as the belly skin is concerned I did screw it up where I could put screws. I also retaped the seams where the tape was coming off. I then discussed with Mr. [redacted] that the tape wouldnt stick o the plastic belly skin. We discussed to save himself some money to get some spray expanding foam and seal the seams up because I was afraid putting screws in them might damage a holding tank, water lines, and electrical wires that run through the belly of the trailer. In five years of business he is first and only complaint I have had. I have pictures I could email to you  if you would like to see the deformed fiberglass. Since receiving the letter in the mail I have tried to contact Mr. [redacted] and have not received a call back. I have also texted him before on this matter and after I explained my view on the deformed fiberglass he never replyed anything back.
