DS NAIL SPA

This is a SALES, SERVICE and REFUND issue.My name is [redacted] and on Saturday (March 30,2013) I went to DS NAIL SPA to get my daughter, my sister and my nails done.I told the lady (I think her name was [redacted]) that my girls wanted their nails just polished and I wanted a MANICURE.We waited 30 minutes for service and my girls went first. The lady was rude to my daughter who is only 5 years old. She told me to come sit down and I was trying to get my stuff together and she yelled at me in front of other customers to "hurry up and sit down". That was completely unneccassary. I sat down and the lady started shaping my nails. She told me to go wash my nails and come back. She then started to pain my nails without cleaning them. I asked her to clean them and she said she couldnt. I told her she was not doing a MANICURE. She said I didnt ask for a manicure. I said I did. She refused to do the service I had originally asked for. I was leaving and was writing a note letting them know how awful I was treated. She came over and asked if I had a problem and I told her I did and that I was going to report her for her poor services. She yelled at me in front of everyone saying that I didnt ask for a manicure. She said that I had no right to be upset and I told her that I did have a right because I waited 30 minutes for service and she didnt do what I asked her to do. She then said to SIT DOWN and shell do a manicure. I sat down and she started the manicure and in the middle of it she tells me I owe her $7.00I had ALREADY paid her. She insisted I pay her the money. I went ahead and paid it and the services were HORRIBLE. I am requesting a FULL REFUND of $29.00This is the 2nd time I have visited this salon and been treated horribly. I will NEVER return to this salon and I would like a FULL REFUND asap!Thanks, [redacted]
