My wife saw an add for free DermaVe Facial Cream if she paid shipping and handling. Didn't read small print about cancelling within 14 days they would send a 30 day supply that came out of credit card. They then sent a bottle and charged us 99.99. She called and complained but they said it was in the add about canceling or being sent the product once a month. She couldn't argue them out of what they had sent. They agreed to cancel the agreement but then billed us on November billing. was put on bill on 10-15. This time we didn't even get the bottle of Facial Cream. When she called them again she said we would complain to you guys so they said they would give us 50.00 dollars back. They had a record of our desire to cancel the agreement but that didn't seem to matter, it was our fault. We don't have the original bill.The product was shipped from iBlossom-DermaVe. PO.
