D's Preschool Daycare Reviews (1)
My daughter was part of this establishment during her kindergarten year, 2007. She left the daycare to join a free one at the school for first grade, but was suggested by [redacted]h to keep the deposit of $190 to hold her place during school vacations. I stopped going to her daycare in 2010 because the kids enjoyed the [redacted] camps more. I realized a couple months later that I hadn't received my deposit from this establishment, so I tried to retrieve it. I got the run-around for awhile. I wrote a letter earlier this year because I was getting frustrated talking to her on the phone, and got no response. My husband called to find out the status of our deposit, and she claimed so more excuses why I didn't deserve it back. She said she'd mail the contract to prove her point, but never got that either. I decided it was too much more of an irritation to try to get it back, but I needed to let someone know what kind of business they're running. I know I'm not the first to be irritated at this businesses practice.
