D&S Properties

DS propertie s does not come thru as to what they tell you. You need to make sure you get everything in writting. They Lie and cheat you.
I purchase home from D&S Properties. upon trying to sale home by my self they kept taking sales from me. he would tell me he would buy my house at what I owe then he would tell me that I owe him the sum 10%. HE says he would advertise it for you. He does not advertise this anywhere except the bullentine board.
They tell possible buyers that my house is undercontract. Upon finding this out I called someone and they told me. They only did this so the person would purchase a new home. They even told me the person TOTAL CREDIT SCORE AND THERE CREDIT. THEY WANT TO SALE HIM A NEW HOME.
I paid lot rent ahead and did not receive whole funds. They told me that I had to contact the buyer of my home. I made payment to D&S for my lot rent. You have to pay a month ahead of time. I was always on time early.
They only allow certain clients in and do not hold by the rules that you sign.
The salesman will tell you one thing then when you talk with the salesman will deny the sistuation. I had a water heater issue and complained 3 times they told me that it was my fault and I had to deal with this. I purchased the home and they would not stand behind the issue. When there are issues in the park they are not adhere to. * promises things and he does not follow thru. Just out for the money. There was an incident of break in and he did nothing pertaining to this issue. Also a fire in the park and no follow up was made at the time.
Recommend to not purchase from D&S properties. ALL PROMISES AND NOT ACTIONS.
Im due the sum of $130 dollars and he will not pay me. My lot rent was $265 and said he cannot pay me but $100. I have to collect the money from the buyer of my house. I paid D & S properties.
There have been numerous complaints within the park and issues have not been resoloved.
You are told you can only have a certain size animal and this is not true, he allows all sizes of dogs and able to put up invisible fences. When I asked to get another dog I was told no. Im in the fostering program and he refused me. The next person came in with 2 other dogs and he did not stop them. When I questioned about a fence I was told no. However someone else was allowed to put a fence up.
I was told what he did to me pertaining to the lot rent was not correct. They did the paper work for me when I sold my house and did it complete wrong we had to sign the forms 2 times. Then I could not get copies of the documents that were signed. I was told they would not charge me for the process of the paper work.They charged me by keepign my lot rent. I asked him to mail me the documents for the signing he told me that he would not spend the money on a stamp I had to come and get the paper work. I told him I live 25 miles away and he said I will not spend the money for a stamp.
