Mr [redacted] reapaired our roof or said he done so since he has done the work our roof is still in the eaxct same shape if not worse then before with numerous attempts to get intouch with mr [redacted] left messages he never calls back. you can trick him by calling from a number he does not recognize. and he will answer his phone then and will tell you oh yeah I will be over there tomorrow to fix it no problem. this has been going on since 5/10/13 with no resolution our company is a retail high end store it does not sit well with our customers to have 5 gallon water buckets siitting in the floor when you are trying to sell them a product.his two year garuntee is more like a 2 minute garuntee till he gets to his truck with your check
