We hired [redacted] D.S. Services to purchase and install thermostats in our greenhouses I paid him 120.00 to purchase the thermostats and 150.00 to install them. They did not last a week and stopped working we have around 10,000.00 dollars worth of orchids in these greenhouses had we not been around at this time the temperature would have caused them to burn up because the exhaust fan and swamp coolers did not come on in the 110 heat we were having at that time. We called and told him they were not working he brought some new ones,same problem they do not work we had him over at lease 3 times on this matter. He then stated if you find the right ones I will come and install them after we had already pd for the 1st ones he actually thoght we were going to pay him again!! I think not. we had another air conditioning service come out and check them they are not even the right kind they are for heating and cooling ours are for cooling only, which he should have already known. We have purchased 3 new ones for 99.00 dollars. We spoke to the city about this incident now they have told us he does not have a city license. Botton line is I had to front him the money just to get the first ones which are not the right ones. We want him to take back the ones that he brought us and return our money 120.00 I don't known where he got them they are probably old since the first 3 he tried quit working they were defective so that tells me they were probably outdated. His wife finally called us 2 days ago and wanted to come and install the new ones we got at no cost!! what a joke I already paid them and for (services not rendered) We told them we do not want them to come back we want our money back on the ones that are not good plus the so called installation which the new co. we had check them told us they were not wired right. He hung up on us when we tried to tell them this. We also want to be reinbursed for the so called install which was another 170.00 dollars total for both was 270.00.
