DS Tequila Company

During Northalsted Market Days, my significant other and I visited this restaurant. We ordered chicken nachos and requested the beans on the side. However, we received the nachos with beans on top. Without being notified, the waiter grab the order stating he was sorry. He didn't ask any questions or say much to us. When received the new order, the chicken was on the side instead of the beans. We informed the waiter that we wanted beans on the side not chicken. We repeated it twice to enforce that we just wanted beans on the side. After waiting for a while (longer than the previous two orders), we received the order with both the chicken and beans on the side. After being frustrated with the staff getting our order wrong a third time, we decided that we no longer wanted to eat at the restaurant. We informed both the server and the waiter. The waiter than asked if we wanted to use the card on the tab. I replied yes but we are only being charged for the appetizer right? He said no, his manager said we had to pay for the nachos. I asked to speak with the manager. Both the manager and executive chef were very rude and refused to take the order off our tab and offered to make the nachos the fourth time. They also stated they didn't understand why we didn't accept the third order and why we could not just add the chicken to the nachos. I stated we had not ordered it that way and waited 45 minutes already, were no longer interested eating there. The waiter than lied and said we requested chicken on the side and that he'd repeated the order to us to verify. This never happened and possibly could've been avoided if he'd actually spoken to us before taking away the first order. The staff would not believe us and thought it was appropriate to make us pay for an order that they made wrong 3 times. After arguing, we were only charged for our appetizer. I felt disrespected. At a restaurant you pay for service and special ordered food not to be accused of lying.
