Signed up as an on site promotion at Costco.
Assured I would only be charged for bottles used.
Bill inflated with multiple erroneous charges.
I've tried to call this business multiple times, placed on ridiculous long hold times. Both delivery man and sales people assured me I would only be charged for water delivered/needed. Told a case of water was free as a promotion for signing up. It wasn't. Late fees tacked on. I've gotten nowhere with CS. I've tried to call to cancel service after first bill. Hold times so long I wound up hanging up. Charged for water not delivered.
Charged for items told there would be no charge for.
Charged "fees" I was not made aware of.
