Review: They do the business tax for our company and personal.....our assigned accountant is [redacted], she failed to do our taxes on time, I have valid proof that the business paperwork was received in their office on 2/**/14 and that they received the tax paperwork on 3/**/14 in morning mail delivery.[redacted] says we failed to send it in a timely manner, not true one was received two days ahead of schedule and the second was received on the day it was to be in their office to do the taxes.When I advised [redacted] that I could prove on the dates they received them, she said she had a family emergency.Not acceptable.. I left two voice mail messaged with her boss [redacted] , well he calls back at 817am advises me that they have 8 accountants for all of their customers such as myself. And everyone has been sending in a years worth of business monthlies to do their taxes.I must say I have heard some really great excuses for not doing the job, but this one was unbelievable.I will have to pay interest on the money owed on the tax bill, from the tax due date of the **of April till when ever they do get around to doing our taxes to let us know just how much we do owe the government.I am not a pleased or happy consumer where this company is concerned.They should have to pay my interest owed on the taxes I owe, for not doing their job and getting this back to me in a timely manner.Desired Settlement: I want this company to pay the interest on my taxes I know I owe the government. It is insane to think I wouldn't owe taxes when I have always owed taxes to the government, every year they have done the taxes for us since 2005 up to current date.
