I purchased a product from this company through the *** website. When placing this order and paying in full I was provided a receipt and guaranteed arrival date of my product on 6.11.2019. On said date I had not received the product. When contacting *** I was sent to this company's website as they are the actual company that took payment and was ultimately responsible for the timely shipping of my purchase. I was contacted by an individual who was rude and very unprofessional. When asked which company my order had been shipped with and a tracking number I was told that they didn't have it, and I had 2 choice's. 1) have them reship the order or 2) get a refund. When I responded asking to have my order shipped out, and asked to have the order expedited as it was not delivered as promised, I received another rude email stating. " We don't negotiate , so Option 2 it is". I now do not have the product I paid for, and I also do not have the funds returned for the product that I've never received. This company should be looked in to for terrible customer service, as well as falsifying information to client's. Had my order been shipped on 6.06.19 as stated by the Walmart we site which is an affiliate of this company, I should have certainly been issued a shipping company and tracking number. Not being able to provide this basic information to me is proof that it had never been shipped in the first place, and when questioned this company is rude, and very unprofessional in their response and interaction with customers. Very disappointing to know that a company as large as Walmart would have an affiliation wirh such a terrible company.

Unfortunately, *** handles customer service, payments, and advertising. DSB Electronics has little control over *** and we certainly apologize that your experience was as described. I have confirmed, however, that your order on the *** system is showing as "Cancelled" already. That is, any payments that *** took from your payment method (credit card, etc.) would have already been released and refunded to your payment method. As *** handles payments on their site, if you have any issues receiving payment, please call their designated customer service team at ***, but it should already be back at your card as it is showing as cancelled in their system.

If you have any additional concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.

I ordered a video camera from this company on 7/3/18. On 7/5/18, I received an email asking me to confirm delivery of the camera and to contact them if I had not received it within 24-48 hours. After waiting the suggested time, and still not receiving my order, I contacted DSB Electronics. They told me that I should have received it by now and if they couldn't resolve the issue by the end of they day, they would issue a refund. As of today, 7/16/18, I have yet to receive my order or a refund. I have requested a tracking number for my order several times, however DSB Electronics refuses to provide one to me. I do not believe the order was ever shipped, and I do not believe DSB Electronics has any intention of providing a refund.

Thank you for your message. My understanding of the issue is that your item has been marked as shipped, but you have not received it yet. I have checked your order and it does show as shipped to the address we have on file for you, but there is not a tracking number associated with the order yet. We use a third-party fulfillment service and they have not provided us with the tracking number. As such, since you have confirmed that you have not received the order, we would be able to provide you with a full refund of your original payment. If this is a satisfactory outcome for you, please let us know and we will process that refund right away. Once processed, you would receive an email confirmation of the refund and, depending on your bank, would see the refund in your account within 48-72 hours.

I purchased a Refurbished Sony Camcorder for Mini DV's. The purpose was to be able to take my collection of mini dv's and transfer them to a different format onto my computer and burn to DVD's because the Mini DV tapes are becoming obsolete I knew what I would need to do this and found an item with a description of all the parts required. I received it yesterday. I was disappointed to find out that the cords sent to me did not even fit the camcorder. The camcorder was rickety, the parts aren't moving on it easily (such as opening the tape deck), etc. I immediately (within 2 hours of receiving) emailed the company and explained that the cords didn't fit the camcorder and I wanted to return the product. I got an email saying pretty much, not their problem, but I didn't know what I was doing. I went on to explain it in better detail and got another email saying I was stupid in a nutshell. I then print screened an image with another explanation to go further to explain what the problem was. I questioned why they were treating their customer like this. Their website says a 60 satisfaction guarantee. I asked for resolvement and told them I was going to contact the Revdex.com. Their response then was amazing.

So, I finally got the return address - it is nowhere on their website. I will return it today, but I am pretty sure they will not be refunding my money. I would appreciate it if you would look into this. I don't think they will pay me if you don't.
