I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I just received an email from Revdex.com stating that my complaint is being closed due to a lack of response by meIf I was sent a previous response request further information from me, I missed it.Please do not dismiss this complaintThis business is engaging in deceptive and unfair business practices.Mr [redacted] ’s assertions are patently and easily disprovenI have the permit, pulled by him six months prior to the date he claimedI have text messages dating back to January, in which he attempts to smooth over the mess he created.He and his workers worked in my houseHis statement that he met me in April is completely ridiculous.Closing this complaint would be a disservice to anyone, who encounters him going forward.I’d be happy to forward any and all documentation in my possession to substantiate my claim.Thank you, [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

I am responding to the complaint filed on May 3, by Mr** ***I believe that he may have filed his complaint by mistakeI was contacted by ** *** to do some work on his Stars way house on ** *** *** *** *** ***On that date of 3/31/I went to pull a permit in
order to make sure that I have the proper permit in place for the jobMr** was supposed to contact me to tell me as to when we were going to sign the contract to start the jobHowever, I was never contacted by him in the contrary, he hired an unlicensed contractor to do the job on my permit which is illegalI could have hired a lawyer to go after him for violating the law and he tried to jeopardize my contractor License by his actionOn April 22, he was contacted by an engineering firm who informed him that the job that he was doing with unlicensed contractor was in code violationAt that point he contacted me to take the job again in order to legalize his violationI contacted the city in that regard they informed me that Mr** * *** and his unlicensed contractor was using my license and the permit I pulled to do the job without my knowledgeI demand that he remove this bad report right awayif you need any further information on this matter please feel free to contact or write me at the above address
