I called to clear up how I would go about ordering supplements from them after I received a response email from them telling me that they are the distributors for my area and I should call their 800 # and they can help me. The person that I got when I called was VERY short and VERY rude. My email was signed by a doctor there, I mentioned this so he put me on hold and when he got back on the line, he said the doctor said he never sent an email to me. I was looking right at it. There was a person CC'd on the email so I asked if that person was there. He said yes but would not let me talk to her. He mentioned again that I was never sent an email and he could not help me until my doctor called them. I had the email up and was looking at it when I called! I asked who would have sent me an email if it wasn't the doctor who signed it. He said he did not know and technically he shouldn't even be talking to me since my doctor has not called them. He was a HORRIBLE customer service representative and needs some serious training on how to deal with customers. I am going to try to give my money to a different distributor. Clearly this distributor does not care.
