Horrible customer service
Order went smooth till I had to speak to them. Ended up getting an email back that shipping didn't match billing address. Called to remedy the situation and talked to 2 different employees.

The first one canceled my order before letting me finish my request to send it to the billing address. Called back to see if maybe someone who didn't wake up on the wrong side of the bed could fix it but order was already canceled and also become rude.

After a little digging I found out they sell cobratech knives a Chinese clone of microtech.

I will not order from them ever again.

We refunded the deposit to the customer

*** ***Nov (days ago)to me Att., My email is now accessible. Not one bit surprised at Salem RV response. I am demanding the Revdex.com out this " company" on your web site so consumers are alerted to
the lack of unprofessionals they are. I guess the day we bought the camper and one employee ran thru the parking lot after us because they " neglected" to complete proper paper work should of been a red flag. The Attorney General's Office will be our next step. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. *** *** *** ***

We have been in touch with this customer several times trying to schedule a time that works for them to do the needed repairs. We are scheduled to do these repairs on Monday May 29th.

We never charge the customer a prep fee. Therefore there is nothing to refund.
