Aloha I’m [redacted] ,this matter is being address now,lot of things are done on this project are change orders by owner we also waited on [redacted] to be prefab by [redacted] , [redacted] could not approve triple [redacted] that was drawn by Arthitect ,we have been working with owner on this project from the beginning,we have redone the flooring that was damage on our behalf we have build back patio columns to plans the same day we put up 12xcolumns owner asked our workers to knock it down cause it was wrong , my workers called me and I told them to wait until I look at it,so when I got there and ask the owners what was wrong with the 12xcolumns they said it’s not the right size too close to house,then I showed them the plans it’s actually on the right spot and right size, so I told them no problem let’s call Arthiect to change it to 6xwood post, they said ok,next one was the 12x12xx [redacted] that was on away from the 16” [redacted] ,we build it up and grout it solid of them with 4-#5vertical bars #stirrups tie every inch on center with [redacted] post brackets ,next day they where telling my workers that they did not like the [redacted] so I told them that was on the plans so they said that the Don the Arthitect did not know what he was drawing,So they wanted me to move [redacted] to edge of slab and put 6xpost instead so I told them ok we will move it out to edge of slab .but right now we are waiting on Arthitect to make some changes on plans , we are working and fixing what ever it’s need to be fix and wait for Arthiect ,mahalo
Hi I am Ho*** M*** owner at DSK Contractor, I had and gentleman called me about this matter asked me if I knew the guy that was trying to get business in his neighborhood, I told him I was not sure , cause I have a couple of exemployees that had my Dsk contractor magnets on there truck
trying to use my company name to get jobsI also told him that we are working on lowery Ave, I did not knew the guy that he said his name is John , I don't have any John A*** on my payrollI told the gentleman that called me , that I will check and ask my exemployees about this matter mahalo Ho*** m***

I am rejecting this response because: His response is mostly in regards to us moving some posts 3’ back which was a change we made, paid him extra for, and was done in 2 days. It doesn’t address the fact that we were told the house would be complete in 5 mo but it took almost 3 mo to get the slab poured (which is crooked, angled toward the house which is why water is coming in & in the garage it is so crooked the posts don’t sit flush and hang off the slab) and another 2 mo later we still have only half the framing done. Worst part is, we had a meeting with the Architech & building inspector and they determined there were tons of mistakes on the framing and are requiring a lot of it to be taken down and rebuilt in several sections. And the flooring is still ripped up in my living room because they don’t have the roof up still & cant keep the water out so since 10/25 my floor has been torn up in a 13x5’ section because they could only finish up to the area where water is coming in. The truss issue came up and they needed a letter from my Architech which we were never told about, so we lost a week and once we found out what was needed, we called the Architech ourselves & the letter was sent the next day. We forwarded this letter to [redacted] and he never gave it to [redacted]. So a week later we call [redacted] bc [redacted] didn’t respond after we gave him another payment (which wasn’t due til after framing) and he said they never got the letter & haven’t been able to reach [redacted] either and believe he’s maybe on vacation. so we had to send to [redacted] directly. So yes the truss issue held us up 2-3 weeks but ONLY because of the lack of communication. [redacted] was out of the country for 2 weeks with no communication at all & we had no idea what was going on or that he was not on island.So as of yesterday they were back on the job fixing all the mistakes.
