Brought a car from them on 06/18/2018. Every since I have brought this car I have had issues with this car. It keeps braking down. This has major issues and I never seen a Carfax report on this car . I have notified Darren about the issues with thia car and he keeps directing me to the service warranty. Took the car to *** Cheverlot to have them look at the car and to see if its covered under Warranty and the car is not covered under Warranty do to the previous owner had lack of maintenance so GM wont cover the repairs that needs to be done to fix the car. I remind yu I just brought the car on June 18, 2018 of this year. I have asked if he can cover the cost to get it fixed and pay for a rental while the car is being fixed. The service dealership car replace the engine for $7,000. These are all issues that was going on before I brought the car
Hello, this email is in respond to a complaint filed by ***. Ms *** purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu LT from Dsk Ohio Auto Group on June 18 2018 for the amount of 11,751.00 which was financed with Columbus Mortgage. The car was sold AS/IS from DSK Ohio Auto Group to Ms. she sign a AS/IS buyers guide. We explain to all our customers that the cars are sold AS/IS. We encourage all customers to take the car they are interested in buying to a mechanic of there choice and have it check out before purchase. If a issue does occur with the car after purchase the customer is 100% responsible for all repairs.
