Bought a drone kit from them because I wanted upgraded FPV capabilitiesHave had it for months now and I still cannot get the FPV screen to work more than 75' awayHave talked to them half a dozen times on the phone and they are not much helpfiled a support ticket weeks ago and still have gotten no response On top of that issue, I still have not received some of the items that were supposed to come with my kit and I reminded them of that three timesThey were extremely helpful to start with and that really sold me on them over the basic models, but beware because once you make a purchase then the followup sucks, the service sucks, and the support sucksBottom line is that I should have bought the basic model elsewhere for a third of what I spent and it would e working better than this crap! I know that for a fact because two people I know did just that and theirs work better and do more than mine can

Great Company overall, they give film makers the opportunity to own equipment without a huge upfront cost. However, just know before you sign the papers that you are not participating in a LOAN; but a LEASE. I made this mistake by not being careful. With that said once you sign the papers there is not getting out of it wether you know or not. Also understand you will mostly pay almost double what the total of you order is. My order was about $2400 and the end of the lease if not paid early I will have paid $3800. This was not worth it to me as I could have afforded the $2400, but wanted to build business credit. Also understand that even once you have paid out your balance in my case $2400, you still do not own your device instead you have a pay out to "Lease Station"a particular balance depending on your total purchase order. In my case it was an additional $500 that has to be paid over a span of three months. Once that is paid, is when you actually own the items. If you decide to cancel after the balance is paid you will have to send your order back. Also know, if you sign your papers knowing the above... when they ask you the amount you would like to commit to monthly understand that amount does not include the mandatory taxes and insurance. So expect and additional $30-40 dollars on-top of your monthly bill. These are things I missed so I thought I would share as I would not like anyone to be in the bind I found myself in. READ YOUR DOCUMENTS CAREFULLY AND EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU UNDERSTAND; GET YOUR ATTORNEY FRIEND TO HELP YOU UNDERSTAND FURTHER LOL. God Bless. P.S. The Company is not deceitful in any why... beside the fact that I wish someone would have told me what I listed here... but I understand that could detour business... I missed the above from a lack of understand and assuming even as I was read the contract I was signing. Leave your assumptions at home, be in the KNOW, ASK QUESTIONS!! Anyway...They are good people overall.
