Review: I have been receiving a bill each month for a doctors visit back on 12-03-2014. I called the doctors office the first time because I paid my copay at the time of the visit. The doctors office told me I didn't owe anything disregard the notice. In January I received another bill for the same visit for $10.00 again I called the doctors office, then called [redacted] they stated I didn't owe anything. The person's name at [redacted] office is [redacted]. This has been going on for more than 6 months again today I got another bill stating that I owe $10. Again I called the doctors office and this time spoke with [redacted]. She again stated we didn't owe, but explained that [redacted] was putting us into collections.

Every time I call and try to reach someone I can never leave a message and it automatically states you have reached the helpdesk and they are aware of system issues, that was 90 days ago and I called 5 times this afternoon and got the same message. My wife has called several times previously which she did speek with [redacted] and my wife was told we don't owe anything and disregard the bill. Now the doctors office told me today that [redacted] is going to send us to collections. It is also my understanding that we are amongst many of my doctors clients who are having issues with this company. I have yet to receive a notice of collections and I do not want to. I have never had an issue in my life with my credit and I want it to stay that way.Desired Settlement: I would like to have this charge expunged but as of right now I am sending a check for $10.00 to [redacted] Associates for the bill just to prevent some issue.

Because of HIPAA regulations, we are not legally allowed to confirm that this is a patient, divulge medical or payment information, or reveal client physician information. However if this is a legitimate complaint it will be reviewed today and any error will be fixed.
