Review: I purchased a certificate for 100 ft of three board fence that DSR donated to [redacted] and auctioned off by [redacted] 99.7 in early 2013. . My purchase price was $500. I started calling [redacted] in May 2013 and made appointments for him to come out to my home to see the location I wanted fence installed. After two no shows he finally came out and measured in July. We set an appointment for install on Nov 22 2013, I called the day before to confirm no call back and unfortunately he was a no show for install. Since that time I have been calling and texting monthly to no avail. Finally In Jan 2014 he called and apologized and stated that business wasnt good and he had been ill and that he would get me on schedule. I have yet to hear back from him except via text on July 14, 2014 he stated "Yes I'm sorry. I'm tied up w two very large jobs and just have no one free at the moment. I will get to it asap. Again I apologize." Well I have not heard back from him sense, even though I continue to reach out for an install date. With this said I would of never bid on this product if it was not being donated by a large licensed company that portrays that you would have work professionally completed in a reasonable time. I have not had any of the above. Hence why I am seeking your assistance. Thank youDesired Settlement: I would like the product I purchased and he donated to be installed immediately since I believe I have waited a year and a half and believe that I have been patient enough. If he does not want to do the install then I would gladly accept refund of the$500 I paid and look for another company to do the work. Thank you
