DSR Roofing and Protective Coating

DSR Roofing repaired our tile roof and recoated our garage this week. Davin was prompt to respond to our call and came to the house to check the roof and send (email) a cost. He was courteous and pleasant to work with, always answering our questions. The work was accomplished as promised with a team of two workers who could only work for part of the day due to the heat but always left the area clean before they took off. When the job was completed Davin came out to check the work and then stopped by to pick up the check, though we could have paid by credit card. He was always pleasant and we are pleased with the appearance of the roof as he goes the extra mile to have a good appearance when the work is done. I know, it's just a roof and who sees it? We had asked a well known company to stop by and take a look some time ago. Apparently someone did stop and check out what I'd told them but we never saw anyone and when the cost came via email with request for payment before the job would be started we asked for someone to come out and explain what they were going to do but no one appeared nor did anyone call. We don't deal that way, Big Name or not. So DSR got our business. We would certainly recommend Davin to anyone who needed roof work.

A very professional job and positive experience. From the initial visit for an estimate till the finished product, Davin was readily available to advise and keep us apprised of the progress of the work. His employees were always timely, polite and even assisted my wife when she discovered her truck battery had died. Our roof looks fantastic and we could not possibly be more satisfied.

Since we are out of state, it was difficult for us to know what was going on with the roof.

Davin included photos with his quote, which clearly showed why the roof needed to be replaced.

He also explained that the flat part of the roof needs to be re-coated every 5 years, so it was due.

He explained the preferred roofing material given the Yuma climate, and his explanation was reasonable.

He let us know that the plywood over the porch might need to be replaced, so we were prepared for that expense, rather than being blindsided.

The entire job took only a week, and he provided photos of the finished work, which looks great. We would definitely recommend him.

DSR Roofing was a pleasure to work with. They recently completed a project involving replacement of all the shingles on six condo's in various locations on a 100 condo complex in Yuma. Once we agreed on a price, there were no other "hidden" fees except for the expected rotten plywood and fascia that you can't tell until the shingles have been removed. That is to be expected.
The workmen were very knowledgeable and pleasant, they conducted themselves in a professional manner and always kept the residents safety at the forefront of the project.
