Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I accept they removed my number, however, they did not issue an apology for their rude customer service Again, reinforcing why so many others have complained about this company as seemingly no one takes accountability for their actions It would have been nice to acknowledge my full complaint and not just remove my number as if I did not explain why I wanted my number removed Regards, [redacted] ***
We were able to locate *** ***’s information using the name, city and state provided. Our records indicate a call was initiated on December 5, as noted below. We have removed the number *** *** from active calling and it has been added to our Do Not Call List, as *** ***
