Dear Revdex.com,              I want to start by saying that the person that submitted this complaint to the Revdex.com is not a resident of the home nor are they involved in any way. They are not even on the contract. I have had a good relationship...

with the contracted individuals. The complaint was filed without their knowledge by a family member whose husband tried to contract the job, but did not hold the valid state license.              In reference to the complaints that were submitted. The contract was supposed to be completed in six months, but due to special order items it was delayed. They moved in, in a timely manner within six months with a few things to be finished. The issue at hand was a warranty issue due to high moisture content in a bathroom. It caused paneling to warp which was then removed and replaced with drywall. This was completed two days upon receiving this complaint in the mail.              The complaint also stated that I did not return phones calls, in which I had only received two calls that were both answered.              The individual that submitted this claim harassed my employees during our warranty dry wall replacement. They did leave the dry wall incomplete that day, because my employees know to diffuse the situation and contacted me.              My contract contains that all materials purchased by me and any leftover materials are then my property. This complaintive would have known this if she/he would have been on the contract.              Lastly, upon receiving this complaint, I sat down with the residents to discuss these complaints. They had no knowledge about these complaints, and told me that they are very happy with our work. They even went as far as saying that they would sign a paper stating that they are happy with the work.              I did not take these complaints lightly. I strive to operate and maintain a business that offers good work and satisfaction to my customers. My employees and I take pride in our work.
