[redacted]Well this is the problem anymore a company sells something they will not back and then the customer has to fight it out through the Revdex.com or get an attorney and the now that most people do not have the money for a attorney so the customer is just screwed. It really sucks that my wife and I purchased a $140,000 truck and in good faith believed the salesman would make sure it had everything we ordered on it, but that is not the case. I will never do business with this Peterbilt dealer or any other as far as that goes.
We sincerely apologize for the windows and TV mounts, those were options we missed when specing the truck. A refund for the windows was given to the customer and the TV mount was installed at no cost. As for the resolution desired we cannot change the sleeper as...
it is an 80” as advertised by the manufacturer. Any false advertising claim would need to be made against the manufacturer, Peterbilt Motors.
