We sincerely apologize for the windows and TV mounts, those were options we missed when specing the truck A refund for the windows was given to the customer and the TV mount was installed at no cost As for the resolution desired we cannot change the sleeper as it is an 80” as advertised by the manufacturerAny advertising claim would need to be made against the manufacturer, Peterbilt Motors
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] Well this is the problem anymore a company sells something they will not back and then the customer has to fight it out through the Revdex.com or get an attorney and the now that most people do not have the money for a attorney so the customer is just screwed It really sucks that my wife and I purchased a $140,truck and in good faith believed the salesman would make sure it had everything we ordered on it, but that is not the caseI will never do business with this Peterbilt dealer or any other as far as that goes
