Dropped car off on Tues. car NOT done within 3 days as PROMISED,they called on Friday telling me it was done & to pick up on Mon.,car NOT done on Mon
I took car to MAACO in West Carrollton, Ohio on Tuesday 9:15am before they opened at 9:30 & gave it to the owner & was told by owner, [redacted], that car was guaranteed to be done within 3 days. I NEVER heard from him until Friday the 4th day & he told me "car is done & you can pick it up on Monday." I had to get & pay someone for gas & their time to take me over 100 miles round trip AGAIN for a second time to get car on Monday. To my surprise owner told me car was NOT done as PROMISED now being the 6 day that they had been open with my car. Due to this breach of contract & car not being done as promised nor the owner calling me advising me not to come all the way down to pick up car on Monday after he called on Friday telling me car was in fact done (which obviously it wasn't done or done correctly) & telling me I could pick my car up on Monday, I am considering obtaining legal counsel IF the Revdex.com & Ohio Attorney General's Office can NOT get a reasonable resolution & financial credit for this breach of contract & poor customer service! Your help in resolving this matter ASAP so I can pick up my car making sure it's correctly repaired & painted as he promised would be sincerely appreciated!
