I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have not made another furniture purchaseI said I found other furnitureI have not purchased anythingThey stand by the policy yet the policy is one sidedI do not appreciateA company thinking they deserve dollars free for doing nothing15% of my purchase is the dollars I put down on furniture I was told that is 100% leather100% leather where the body touches is different than what I was toldI want my money back and I do not want anything from that store and I should not have to be for end to have s creditWhy would I want business with a store with such unfair practices? I don't appreciate being made to seem like I asked for a refund after I bought new furniture.I have not and the day I called for a refund is the day the policy was explainedsoI understand they think they may have the law on their side and that's why they are being so nonchalant but I disagree.This is ridiculous for a company to steal money in this way.I want a refund[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Regards,

I am sorry that *** *** feels we are being unfair to herWe put all policies in writing and require customer initial and signature to verify knowledge of policies.The customer did not contact Loman's Furniture with concerns at any time of being unsatisfied with her purchase until after she had
went else were and made another furniture purchaseWhen she called wanting a refund she was advised of the policy but was also told she could call on Thursday to speak with the owner, however she did not.The leather reclining furniture in question is 100% leather everywhere the body touchesThe side panel, back panels and bottom are leather match which is protocol in reclining furniture. We stand by our policies just as any other businessWe have met our agreement with the customer by placing order with the factory to be released in ample time for her.
