We enjoy working with [redacted] and have had a good working relationship with herShe has had a warranty issue with her [redacted] in the past and as soon as we found out about it, we addressed the issue with our sub contractorThis time has not been any differentAs soon as we found out that [redacted] had an issue with her [redacted] we immediately contacted her and began the warranty processBelow is a summary of the conversations/actions that our warranty [redacted] has had with [redacted] regarding her ***: To whom this may concern, I [redacted] received a warranty from [redacted] **On March 16th A reached out to her immediately that day setting an appointment to meet her at the earliest possible day March 19th I met [redacted] about 9am Thursday morning I went over [redacted] claims taking pictures of the [redacted] that was not in service ,and talking over the issue thoroughlyI then let [redacted] know that I would take all the information takin on that day back to the office to be assessedI then began to contact [redacted] (the company who installed the ***) to find that the person responsible for the actual work was no longer with companyI then Spoke with [redacted] march 25th to touch base on what had been going onI let her know that I would continue to contact whomever was responsible for the work done so we could resolve the issueAfter various attempts and no luck I scheduled an appointment (April 9th) to visit *** [redacted] to further talk over her warranty service and simply check up on her to see if there was anything else I could do at the momentI Soon got ahold of a [redacted] who would go out to Ms [redacted] to see what the issue was and hopefully resolve it [redacted] visited her on April 13th saying he got the [redacted] running I then learned that he actually had to order parts for the [redacted] and that it may take a week or so to get them I called [redacted] once again April 20th to check up on her and to see how she was doing during this processShe reassured me that she was staying positive and thanked me for consistently making effort to make sure she was alright as well as trying to resolve the [redacted] problem As of today April 21, 2015, I’m waiting for a response from [redacted] to schedule the appointment for them to go out and fix the [redacted] with the parts sent from the company that had warrantied [redacted] for the year mechanical Sincerely, [redacted] DSW [redacted] We are committed to taking care of our customers and will do the same for [redacted] We will work with her until once again her issues are resolvedOnce we have her warranty concerns resolved we will send in an update Thanks [redacted]
