Shoddy work, cheapest materials
DSW renovated my home in spring/summer 2023 & we moved back in Aug. 2023. Within 3 months ALL lvp flooring is buckling, tearing up & falling apart. Shoddy work w cheapest materials they could find!

Per our phone conversation last week, I am responding to the referenced complaint that was place regarding DSW Homes, LLC. I am very familiar with this homeowner[redacted] and have been involved...

in the elevation process of her home located at [redacted] As specified in the complaint, the work we were assigned to complete on the home was directed by [redacted] Co. on behalf of the [redacted] Program, [redacted] acts as the Program Administrator. [redacted] Co. has been very involved with the construction process and Ms. [redacted]’s concerns. DSW Homes has met with Ms. [redacted] and [redacted] at the home multiple times to discuss these concerns listed in here complaint. I have brought this formal complaint to the attention of [redacted] and the State of New Jersey Department of Community of Affairs (DCA). [redacted] and DCA have contacted Ms. [redacted] and requested a meeting with them at the [redacted] office. The intention is to try and clarify the concerns with her floor system and scope of work. The scope of work on the home has been completed and we know of no outstanding items on the home that need to be addressed. Ms. [redacted] told [redacted] yesterday that she would have to look at her schedule for next week and get back with them on her availability. At this point [redacted] is waiting to hear back from Ms. [redacted]. I would like to update you after this meeting. Hopefully I will be able to tell you that this has been resolved.
