DSW Sales (Dollar Store Wholesalers)

I placed an order on 9/24/I received confirmation of my order and my account was debited for my purchases, but I have not received any products and have been unable to communicate with anyone at this company via email or phoneI would NOT recommend ordering from DSW!

I placed an order on 9/10/15 and received email confirmation that they had received my order and would be processing it shortly. After a week I sent an email to their customer service requesting an update on delivery as the items were needed for a party. I received no response. I then tried calling their support number and left 15 messages asking for a return call over the last month and several emails. They have not responded to anything. At this point I want either the items I purchased or refund my money, however I can't contact anyone in their offices to respond to anything. I will be working with my bank to see if there is anyway to get my money back.
