D.T. Ovitt Contractor

Paid $4,500.00 dollars for plans and permits.
I met with D.T. Ovitt on 9/9/2013 and discussed construction on a barn that we wanted built. I gave him a check #[redacted] for $2,500.00 for plans and permits ext. on or around Sept. 23rd. I called and advised D.T. that we wanted to add on to our house add a stall to our old barn and add a 25x25 out building and we would not be adding a new barn. On 10/15/13 D.T. Ovitt came to my house and we discussed what we wanted he at that time asked for another check in the amount of $2,000.00 which I gave him Ck # [redacted]. He was going to return with drawing and final estimated at 11:00 am on 10/26/2013. We starting calling him at 12:30 pm and through out the day, he never returned any attempt to contact him. I never received any plans or any work. I have paid him a total of $4,500.00. I am just asking for all my money back because I received not service of any kind.
