D&T Pest and Termite Control, Inc.

I have had D&T pest control servicing my home since 2006. At that [redacted]e I was dealing with [redacted], part owner. From the onset [redacted] treated my home for termites and mice. When the annual treatment arrived a worker would appear and treat for termites but when I asked about the mice treatment I was informed by [redacted], other part owner that it was not part of the original contract and I would have to pay additional yearly charge. When I was able to get in contact with [redacted] he stated to me that he had made that agreement with me verbally and would honor it. [redacted] resumed treatment for the mice but when this last annual termite treatment arrived again I was informed by [redacted] that she would not honor it. I attempted several [redacted]es since December to reach [redacted] leaving several messages but to no avail. When I finally reached him by phone and he realised it was me, he hung up not returning the call. Coincidence that this was [redacted] home once
