I had Breathe Easy clean my duct work. In doing so they cut holes in the plenum above my furnace and didn't properly seal the holes.

House not maintaining temp. and furnace running constantly. Upon inspection of furnace and ductwork I found a 12x12 hole cut in supply plenum that had been taped and came loose. The attic was very hot as most of the supply air was dumping into the attic from plenum. Found identical hole on mixing box to right of furnace with same issue. Tape did not appear to have stuck to plenum. Common problem when foil tape is not squegged on. Removed tape and applied new foil tape, squegged on and sealed with duct sealant. H/O asked why holes were there and I asked if he had his ducts cleaned as it is common practice to cut access holes for cleaning. He advised he had.
My PSO and ONG Bills have been extremely high and this appears to be very poor work on Breathe Easy,s part.
