I received an order from the ***s mason jar pallets They wanted a special order of hangers which I told them it would take about months They said that would be fine and they would wait Well the months have passed and they now want me to deliver the order free of charge They had said they would send a prepaid Fedex label for me to ship the items to them, but I have never received it The ***s do not live close and I work jobs I cannot afford to deliver the order free of charge I have paid for supplies and my labor to make the items I decline to give any refund

Back in March of 2017, I ordered pallet hanging mason jarsOnce I paid the invoice via email, I was given a few week estimate for time completionA week or so later, I received a message that the typical hooks he used were no longer availableHe sent me a few different options that he would order, and I would have my product in a few more weeksA month goes by with no word, so I send him a message asking how things are goingHe informed me that the hooks were on back order so he wouldn't be able to startAnother month goes by with no word, so I asked againStill the same excuseAfter the third month I asked for a refundIt's taking too long, and I was beginning to become upsetHe informed me he had already bought the products, so I couldn't receive a refund but he would have them done in two weeksAnother month goes by with nothingSo I finally asked for a refund again, and he became extremely rudeI then gave him a bad review on his facebook, explaining what had happene
