is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to me. I wrote a check to him the same day I received this email. I also told him his next vehicle service is on me. I apologize that you did not receive my response sooner. This is in response to the email I received regarding Mrs*** *** ***. I immediately contacted Mrs*** and went over to the tax office with her and we attempted to inspect the vehicle and discuss a plan of action regarding the tax difference. Upon inspection they determined
that my title clerk had sent the WRONG paperwork. Obviously, this was upsetting to myself and to ***. I came back to the office and discovered that we had made a huge oversight and had titled ***'s Elantra into another customers name. I apologized and have been in Day to day contact with *** and ***. I am paying whatever the taxes costs once the correct title comes back from the state of Kentucky. I haven't responded before now because of the title not being back yet.
