We paid for a service from D'Tails pet salonWe did not receive what we felt we paid for and were treated very rudely by the employee in question
We brought our pet in to be groomedThe groomer stated he was too matted and would hurt her hands to take out the matsShe stated to do so would cost $We agreed to payShe stated he would need to be taken down shortI advised I wanted feathers remaining but short was okThe groomer then decided to take all of the hair down, left no feathersShe performed a service we did not authorize us did not notify usWe paid the bill before seeing our petAfter complaining, we were told the groomer left, with a small headacheShe of course did not want to face the consequencesWe then received a call from the groomer today, whom was rude, denied our accusations and hung up the phoneWE want a full refund from this business
