I'm writing to you in reference to the complaint on 9/23/ The machine at the car wash got jammed and when that happens we hand wash all the cars until it's fixed Her car was hand washed which usually cost $25, but the manager still refunded her $ The manager is not supposed to refund money and since the machine was fixed she was more than welcome to have it rewash through the machine, but at that time she only asked for full refund and not to have it rewashedWe value our costumers and if she likes she can come for a free car wash equal value of the price that she had paid that day.Thank you,Friendly Casa de oro Car Wash
