Ive been coming with these guys for years, no complaints. Sure sometimes my vehicles need more repairs then I had anticipated which means more money but they have always informed me before moving forward, so its always my choice to go ahead with repairs or skip them all together. I occasionally buy cars from auto auctions, most for sale but a few to keep, so sometimes I need my vehicles fully repaired and sometimes I just need them to run so I can get rid of them. Long story short id much rather be told the truth and have the work be expensive but with the right repairs instead of short cuts with constant issues. thumbs up to these guys.

ID#: *** •Carlos ***Here is what DTB Transmissions is willing to do:OPTION#l• DTB Transmissions will drop all storage fees.-Although vehicle has been abandoned since Mareh ofand it is now February almost two years, there won't be any storage fees.• DTB Transmissions will give customer days from the date of this letter to pay balances of:-$(left over from repairs already made to his vehicles engine)-$(from the Abandoned Vehicle Title Application fee)-Total balance to be paid= ($1860.00)OPTION#2• DTB Transmissions will drop balance for repairs.-Although repairs have already been completed it would make no sense for us to take everything apart and reinstall old damaged components like Mr*** wants, plus it would mean putting three times the labor hours that we wouldn't be getting paid for.-We will also drop the charges for the Abandoned Vehicle Title Application fee.• Since the customer barely started making contact with the shop after abandoning his vehicle for well over a year we will be charging storage fees.-Storage fees consist of $per day of the vehicle being in the lot(Vehicle has been in the lot since March and now it's February 16, almost two years).• DTB Transmissions will give customer days from the date of this letter to pay balances of:-First year $per days= $8,942.50-Second year $per days= $8,648.50-Total balance to be paid =($17,591.00)(Mr*** can choose which option benefits him the most and he may also contact DTB Transmissions with any questions)

I was quoted 500$ and agreed to the service. They towed the vehicle for free and once in the shop they told me it would be 1400. When I refused they said there would be a 400$ charge for just the towing and inspection. Horrible customer service. I will never come here again.
