Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 10, 2015/06/23) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The business did not provide any meaningful response. They are asking for authorization which has been provided by implication i.e. by the fact that I already shared all available information including private details. I think the company is dragging its feet. However, I will send them such authorization promptly.

Re: Case #: [redacted]
Complainant: Mr. [redacted]
Dear Ms. [redacted]
We are in receipt of your follow-up letter dated June 25, 2015 (received June 29, 2015) regarding the above-referenced matter. We also received Mr. [redacted] letter dated June 23, 2015, Which provided written authorization to provide policy information to you. Attached is a copy of our letter dated June 19, 2015 to Mr. [redacted], which explains his policy.
As stated in our letter dated June 19, 2015, two monthly automatic bank drafts in the amount of $1,279.99 each were returned by Mr. [redacted]'s bank marked "Customer Advises Not Authorized." Our letters dated May 15, 2015 were mailed for each returned draft, notifying Mr. [redacted] that the payments had been returned -unpaid. The payments were reversed, leaving the policy paid to April 1, 2015, and the policy entered the grace period. Upon our farther review of this matter, we processed a refund for the March 2015 payment. Our check number 365225 for $1,279.99 was mailed to Mr. [redacted] on June 24, 2015. The policy was terminated and provides no further coverage.
Mr. [redacted] has requested reinstatement of the policy and a refund of the March, April, and May 2015 premiums, The March 2015 premium in the amount of $1,279,99 was refunded to Mr. [redacted] with our check number 365225 dated June 24, 2015. As the drafts for the April 2015 and May 2015 premiums were not paid, there iS no basis to refund any additional premiums. The policy remains in a terminated status with no further value or benefit the to Mr. [redacted].
We strive to provide the best possible customer service, and we apologize for any inconvenience Mr. [redacted] may have experienced, should you have further questions, please contact me directly at [redacted].
