Review: DTDC was supposed to deliver the time sensitive package within 3-5 business days that I needed for a court case. Address was filled in correct by the Sender (from [redacted], India) along with required information including phone numbers. the staff at intermediate transit location ([redacted] filled it incorrect and the package was lost. It was transferred to [redacted], who called after the package was returned to DTDC new york location who provided me the details and only then I was able to follow up. Please note that I as well as the sender was following up relentlessly even prior to getting details from [redacted] and DTDC wouldn't even bother to look into the issue. The follow up was cumbersome as I have to call DTDC New York, New Jersey and [redacted], India locations. Eventually the package was delivered past 22 days after my court hearing and I was not able to provide the documents I needed. I had to collect it because it includes some of my original certificates and can't risk losing them.Desired Settlement: Ideally I should file for damages incurred to my court case too, However I am only seeking the refund of the payment for this shipment.
