Review: My fiancé mailed important documents to me here in the USA using DTDC in Siliguri, India. DTDC stated they would have the documents mailed to me in one week. The company did not route my mail correctly and the documents were routed to Nepal and then went back to India again. My fiancé complained to DTDC several times that the documents did not make it to me. We needed the documents within one week. We missed our crucial deadline. DTDC did not refund my fiancé his money of $85. The documents arrived to me in the USA in almost one month after they were mailed. The documents were no longer of any use to us by that time. I tried to obtain a refund by calling DTDC in New York and the manager told me he could not give me a refund and that I needed to contact DTDC in India. I called DTDC in India twice and no one would give me a refund. I emailed the company twice asking for a refund and for them to call me to discuss the matter. No one has emailed me or called me.Desired Settlement: I want DTDC to refund me the $85.

Review: DTDC declined my shipment of scrap phones going to the final destination in India. I requested that my phones be returned to me and found out from the company in Pasadena, CA Alllogistx that they decided to ship the package without my consent through DHL. I did not want to go through DHL because they charge duties and taxes. I have an invoice that shows a charge of $82.22 that had to be paid when it reached India. Alllogistx verbally agreed to refund me the $82.22, but DTDC said that we will not refund and we want to just ignore and me, the customer will eventually forget about it.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the amount of $82.00 of funds that were charged to me that had to be paid without my consent.
