The tenants of have reported a total of work orders, which all been completed within the same day except for The stove has now been replacedThe garbage disposal and dishwasher were reported on May 23, and the garbage disposal was replaced the sameIf the tenants claim that it goes
out weekly, then they need to report so that it can be fixedThe floor has been sanded down in the areas of concernThe AC unit was reported to not be cooling but when the Lead Maintenance man, who is a certified HVAC technician responded to emergency call found that the AC unit was function as it should with the exception of a large tv that is place nearby the air intake vent hindering proper air intake into the unit so that it may function properly. The tenants have been advised to move the tv to improve the air intake but they have refused stating that the location of the tv has nothing to do with itThe next day after the emergency call for the AC not working the maintenance team and the assistant manager went to the unit and found the AC to be blowing air right of the vents at degrees and the thermostat set at and the temperature was in the unitIn the process of completing all reported work orders, the maintenance team found a window that had been broken by the tenantsThis will also affect how well the AC will cool down the unit. The window was repair at the cost of Huntington even though company policy states that all broken windows must be paid for by the tenants at fault before they are repaired I hope this resolves all issues with the tenant's maintenance complaints

The documents that he signed were legally binded documents, we never tell anyone that it is a "reservation" we make sure that every prospect knows that they are entering into a legal document and they are binded to the document.  In our advertisement they are not called reservations it is...

called Preleasing. We never make leases as arrangements depending on if they make it into school or not. Our leases are 100% legal and binding the day that they sign and whoever signs knows this per our leasing agent. Assistant Community Director[redacted]

Once a resident moves out, their file is forwarded to this office for processing. The on-site management did as they were required and gave them our contact information. I received an email today,  at 11:45 AM, from the complainant inquiring about their deposit. I responded 12 minutes later and...

There was no mold in this unit as the complainant claims. Please see the manager's email in the pdf attachments. There was only mildew found in the restroom and taken care of by maintenance. I have included the current residents work orders in the attachment and there are no complaints of mold or...

mildew in this unit.

[redacted] spoke to our Leasing agent, [redacted]. When he asked for the phone number, she stated that we communicate in writing and she could get him the fax number. He stated that was ridiculous and hung up on her. The final account statement he received states on the 2nd page to fax or mail...

disputes. The 3rd page indicates the same and also states that the initial communication must be done in writing so that we can match their signature to the one on file. We do this as we have had other parties pretend to be a party to the Lease and provide us emails to get personal information on the account. This document states not to contact the property and that disputes are done in writing so no information is misconstrued.  `To protect our company, we ask for initial contact to be via mail or fax. They can provide an email address in their correspondence where we may respond back. We will not change this procedure to make it easier for anyone else. I have attached 2 of the 3 pages [redacted] received in the mail for your review. He can call us at [redacted] ext [redacted] but he will be informed of the aforementioned procedures. We will not discuss any account over the phone. He can choose to follow the procedures provided to him so we may assist him or he can choose not to. We cannot force him to do anything but we cannot assist him until he provides us a correspondence as required.
