Review: I contracted with this contractor to reroof my garage building in South Wayne, Wisconsin in October of 2014 and gave him a substantial down payment and agreed to mail him the remainder of the contract amount when he was finished. He promptly finished the work and was supposed to send me a warranty certificate when I paid the final amount, which I did immediately. It is now the middle of February 2015 and I have not received the warranty certificate after reminding him twice. Now I am wondering if he in fact used the material he agreed to and did a proper installation.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the warranty certificate and get some kind of assurance that he lived up to his agreement on material and workmanship.
