I had an issue with an online purchase from DTLR; the shoes did not fit and I had difficulty contacting someone from DTLR regarding returning the shoes I was disturbed because after leaving several messages, no one returned my calls and the return window for the shoes had expired After my initial dissatisfaction, a representative from DTLR reached out to me and went out of his way to ensure my satisfaction He was courteous, prompt and really went above and beyond to correct the issue I speak out when things don't go well, so I thought I should speak out when things do go well!

I have a complaint on the DTLR in VA, the DM Laura/Laurie, she is all for managers and not employees. This DM show favoritism to managers only, like other employees do not need hours. She will let managers have overtime and cut regular employees until busy season. She also love to write employees up because they voice their opinion. She has no consideration to employees who are in college or school. This is the worst DM I have every seen in VA . She also allow managers to keep phones off the hook during store hours to avoid customers calling, but this is not exceptable if and employee has emergency and cannot get a call on job, last of concern. I hope nothing ever happen under her authority.
