On September 22, at 8:pm I visited this particular location to purchase a Women size black pair of Air Force OnesI was sent to this location from the Southlake Mall store for my correct sizeUpon asking for the shoe requested a young man asked if I wanted to try the shoe onI agreed to try the shoe on before purchasing and tried on the right shoeMy purchase totaled to $with taxes includedThe manager on duty( [redacted] - not sure of the spelling) helped me with my purchaseHe checked both shoes and bagged my item The next morning as I proceeded to wear my new shoes I noticed that the right shoe had damage to the tongue of the shoeThe damaged product was obvious so I know [redacted] saw the defected item and still sold the item to me to make a saleI immediately call the store and [redacted] answered the phone instructing me to return the defected productOnce I arrive at the store he tells me my size is no longer available try the Martin Luther King locationH
