After having my toilet back up on my bathroom floor my wife called du all and they came fix the problem and was reasonable priced. I would like to say that my experience with this company has been great, here in south Florida good honest companys are hard to come by.I would recommend this company and ask for the service man [redacted]
I wish I could give negative stars. It is such a shame to have companies like DU-All Service in Business. Let me start by saying that I called yesterday to get an estimate to drank my tank. The customer service agent I called via their telephone number said they would have a rep out to my house in the next 3 Hours. I asked them to call before they come to the house to make sure im home. They said would call. Sure enough they didnt the sales rep just showed up the house with no notice. I had to leave the house for work and sure enough I wasn't even home when they showed up. The sales rep said he would Drain tank for $300.00 I said I paid less than that last time I used DU-All and we agreed that they would pump it for $275.00. Again this time I spoke with the sales rep and said they would call me before they come to the house. When I got home from work I opened the septic tank and notice that their was approx 18-20 inches of solids in bottom of tank. I measured this by placing a shovel in to the tank till it hit the bottom. I know that most people dont go behind the septic pumper and check. I was caught by surprise because I didnt think a large company such as DU-ALL would have such deceptive practices. I reached back out to customer service and they said they apologize and that the driver that came pumped the tank didn't speak English and it was a communication problem. The lady I spoke with said she would have some one call me right back. I never received a call back so I called back the following morning and I explained what happend. The answer I received was totaly a surprise to me . The answer why my septic tank was not pumped out was becasue "You only paid for 1,000.00 Gals to get pumped out of you want more you have to pay for it" I asked her when I called how much to drank tank they are the experts not me. they gave me price and I Gave check. She said I would have pay to drain extra.... Bottom line I explained that if I don't get them to pump rest by end of day I will put a stop payment on check. She gave me a attitude and hung up on me . I then followed through my end and put stop payment.
