I waited almost 4 hrs. They call 10 minutes before 6 and said they won’t be showing up.
Just a terrible company. I would not recommend this company.
If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Excellent and honest service. We have used them for both small and larger work at my restaurant in Boca Raton. Would definitely recommend them.
Richie was very efficient and quick to get my leak stopped. From making the appointment to finish it was a great experience and I would recommend Du-All to anyone.

Company came in and removed the toilet, found nothing clogged but stated that the septic would need pumpout at cost of $1097, took $550 dep.

We don't have a tank, we are hooked up to city sewer and water. The problem was with the lift station outside but the guy never looked at that, never noticed the lift station. I called my wife and told her what was said and she told me to call the city, that it was the city property and issue, not our responsibility. I called the city and they came out and fixed the problem, said this company had no authority to touch city property, let alone pump or flush lines. I contacted the manager (***) and informed him of the resolve by the city and requested my $550 back - he refused. The guy that came in my home led me to believe that he knew what he was doing but was a fast talker and immediately took the toilet up. I am a disabled Vietnam Vet undergoing cancer treatment and my responses aren't as quick as they used to be. I was caught off guard but thank God I called my wife when the guy left, she told me to call the city of PSL, they sent someone out within the hour. They fixed it the next day not "Du-all". I don't think I should pay $550 for the guy having taken up my toilet and put back just to say he did something. They are cons. The lift station is in the front of my house and he should have seen it when he came up to the front door. There are no septic tanks in my development. I recently read reviews about this company after this happened and notice this is a pattern with this company, they have done this to other people. This is sad, the reason I chose them was because their ad gave discounts to seniors and veterans but instead it targets them - so sad.
I would like the return of my $550 and I am even willing to compromise at accepting $450.

Customer *** called Du-All out to his home for a back up. The technician arrive at 330 pm and customer gave the ok to remove the toilet in question and investigate the back up. The toilet clog was cleared but the home was still draining slowly. A deposit was taken of $550.00 and an appt was set for the tech to return in the morning with a pump truck to pump the septic tank. Customer called and cancelled the 2nd appt and it was agreed to refund the customer $200.00 of the $550.00 deposit.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This is not what happened, the "tech" came into my home, I showed him the bathroom and he took the toilet up - saw nothing causing it to be stopped up. He then stated that the septic tank would need pumping out. If he was in the least bit aware of his job and not a scammer, he would have known that we are hooked up to the city sewer and it is not our responsibility to pump out the lift station. We do not have a septic tank. They are not allowed to touch city property, so how was he going to bring a truck back to pump out what?? My wife works for the health dept and was told that a dept within the health dept regulates septic companies and they are not allowed to touch city owned property. My wife called the manager and informed him of this in essence and that is when he called me and offered to refund me $200 back. So they are saying that they are charging me $350 for taking up the toilet??? If his intentions were honorable he would have looked outside and seen the city lift station after he removed the toilet but he didn't. Again I feel he knew I did not have a septic but he was determined to do something right away so he could bill. If I had not contacted my wife , he would have been back to my house with that pump out truck. The city had to change out the meter and unclog the pipe across the street to fix the problem. The problem was not even our problem and the city fixed it. The "$550 deposit" is for what??? and why should they have it. What service did they perform? It says "deposit" not "service". I do not feel they are entitled to my money. If a call out charge is in order, fine but it 's not $350 for taking up and putting back a toilet. It's bad enough having to fight PTSD due to Vietnam and cancer but to have to fight over something that should not have happened and basically didn't happen (they didn't do anything but take my money)is unbelievable. I just want my money back.
Again Du-All responded to the customers call of a back up in his home. The customer told the technician that the back up was in the toilet. The tech went by the info the customer provided. The toilet was removed, a sewer machine was used to clean the toilet line and the toilet was then reset. The customer called and was told we would refund $200.00 which was accepted and the check was sent out on 9/20/2019.

These people "du-all" are dishonest, liars and lack integrity. We did not agree to any of their stated terms. Again, after I found out that it was not my responsibility to have the lift station serviced (They were certainly not going to mention that but take my $1000)I called them to cancel their service. It was then when I brought it to Abe's attention that we're under city authority / property and they cannot do anything with it, that they should have known that, was when he offered to give back $150 of the $550. My wife called him and told him that he took advantage of a disabled vet. My wife stated that his response was basically that he did not care. He called me right after hanging up from speaking to my wife and stated that he would give $200 back, stated my wife cussed him out which was also a lie.
The check for $200 was sent but not because we agreed to it but because he stated that was what he was doing. Again I do not feel they are owed the $350 for what thy did and the deceptive practice they run their business under. Sad business practices when the prey are the elderly and disabled vets. May God bless him to see the error of his ways before it's too late.
When the service man rich came to my home explained what was needed made the repairs and the prices were reasonable. I was impressed on how neat and clean he worked
Fast service, very knowledgeable plumber was sent to my home. I was pleasantly pleased with how clean and professional he was. No hidden fees. He told us what it would cost before any work was done.
We called du all plumbing *** the Plumber showed up . He gave me a estimate of $200.00
To repair my Flapper & flush valve to my TOTO toilet . I gave *** permission to do the job . Then after the install of flapper and flush valve the toilet was still running water through the system /Leak was still leaking / running . So I stated to *** that he did not fix my toilet . I told him to go back and fix my toilet because it was still broken after he installed the flapper & valve . *** worked on it for a while for a second time . The toilet was next fixed . I paid Du -all Plumbing $200.00 for the repair . *** left and I called *** or *** the phone operators and told them that the toilet was not repaired properly . She said that *** told her that *** the homeowner provide d the parts . I told the Manager and *** that is not true *** had the parts when he arrived at my house in the morning and installed the wrong parts in my toilet . I called Toto MFG *** installed the wrong parts in my toilet . *** came back to my house on Sat to install the The correct flapper / flush valve . On Saturday I asked *** for a price to install a angle stop on my toilet *** stated $75.00 to install a new angle stop shut off to toilet . On the following Monday they sent *** to fix the angle stop . *** the plumber never gave me estimate only *** $75 gave a estimate . After the angle stop was installed . I argued with *** the plumber because *** told me it was only $75.00 repair for angle stop on Saturday .I am upset on the lies from Du -all plumbing and the bait & switch tactics they prey on peolpe .

Refund I want all my money back for the angle stop repair because they are lie about the flapper parts they said were the correct parts and that I *** provided the parts which is untrue . Then because the Luis the plumber did bait & switch on me . I called the Manager *** he would not give me a discount or do something to make me whole 3 different times du all came to my house and tried to screw me who are these owners of this plumbing co. Are they Italian mobsters .
Du-All Plumbing uses the same procedure with All of our customers. Mr *** was given an estimate in writing, signed the estimate before ANS after the work was complete. See attached invoices. Invoice #XXXXXX on 4/29/2019 also recommends a new angle stop. He then called on 5/10/2019 and wanted a new angle stop. BOTH invoices are signed by Mr *** TWICE and he paid for the services with his credit card.
I had a technician come to my home today for an estimate to remove my kitchen sink, replace it and put in the new faucet. The laminate needed to be trimmed 1/4" in order to fit the sink which I advised the technician. The estimate was $1200. I could not believe what I was hearing and advised I did not want them to do this job for me. I told the technician someone else told me they could do the job for $460. The technician left, went to his truck an then rang my doorbell with his Manager on the phone trying to explain to me the reason the cost was $1200. was because they were licensed, insured in case they did damage to the laminate. Then the Manager said they could do it for $460. Wow. I feel for the older population that probably falls for this type of rip off.
In response to the review above.....We gave the customer a price of $1200.00 to cut out cabinets and REPLACE all drain pipes, install sink and faucet.....She claimed that was too expensive so we gave her a second option to just REROUTE the old drain pipes at a cost of $725.00...Customer responded that she could have it done for $460.00 by another plumber. Du-All could not match that price. The estimate for $725 was less work and materials then the estimate for $1200... 2 different estimates for 2 different scopes of work!!
