Du Frane movers were fantastic! We hired them to move all our large items to our new lake home across town in Green Lake Wisconsin. They worked without stopping for 5 hours in the below zero weather. They were very careful with all our furniture and set beds up for us and arranged furniture where we wanted it in each room. I would highly recommend they for your next move.

Review: Quote was given to move goods from a house. It was the lowest quote given to us to do a whole house move out of 3. Ended up moving our tv's ourselves, which was part of the quote. Also then told the movers not to move two bedrooms, most of the living room, kitchen table. It was to leave for staging purposes. So in all, they moved less and charged us more for more boxes and labor. We chose them because of their low quote. They ended up being higher in price than the other quotes. I expect a quote to be honored. I call every couple weeks and they keep saying they'll get back to me and don't. It ended up paying about $650-$700 more than the quote and they didn't move everything in the house. I feel they came in at a lower price for the business and then charge you a higher rate at the end.Desired Settlement: Business needs to honor their quote. If they didn't figure enough labor or boxes into the quote, that isn't my fault. I'm looking for a refund of the over charges.

In many re locations, theservices we provide can change, therefore, for some customers, the best method of pricing is hourly plusmaterials.I have reviewed the estimate, the statement you have attached, spoke to the sales consultant the driver and crew.For the most part, we agree with your statement, although, our staff indicates they did pack and move a flatscreen tv, plus move a tv from the basement to the family room. The staff also believes they did pack and movenearly all the items in the living room including the grand piano.Additional to the estimate, we also noted services that were provided for packing and moving several live plants,the attic portion of the garage, the children's playhouse contents, and the additional valuation of $90.00.The sales consultant, [redacted], did reach you on two occasions to discuss the differences on the estimate versus theactual move. Unfortunately, a mutual understand ing of the differences cou ld not be resolved to your satisfaction.With the many changes to the estimate, all participants are correct in their analysis. There is no fau lt. Theestimate versus the actual services provided are simply quite different.We continually strive to provide an accurate, not to exceed cost of services. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

DuFrane was very flexible and transparent in working with me. I had opted to go with a competitor, but kept finding out things that had not been disclosed with that company's price quote, so I severed that deal and contacted DuFrane to see if their policies & procedures differed. DuFrane put everything on the table up front and they kept their word on everything they said. They worked with all my specific directives and were very friendly and accommodating about all of it. They handled my baby grand piano exactly as requested and although there was some slight cosmetic damage to it, they have said they will have it repaired. I expect they will follow through on that very shortly as they have with everything else. If I have another move, I won't go with anyone else.

Excellent service. Prompt, courteous and careful. One less thing to worry about in a move. Used Du Frane twice now. Great job.
